RSM Discipleship Graduates (Year 1) will receive 9-12 credits to transfer to NEBCS
RSM Ministry Leadership Graduates (Year 2) will receive 18-24 credits to transfer to NEBCS
What is the 5-I method?
Intercede
Just as Jesus went away to the lonely places with God, you will gain the tools to build a firm spiritual foundation in your own life. Our first and most important call as ministers is to love the Lord with all of our heart, mind, and strength. Our goal is to instill spiritual disciplines in your life that will set you up for success in your personal Christian walk.
Instruct
Psalm 1 says, "But they delight in the law of the Lord, meditating on it day and night.” Our goal is to help you build a foundation of understanding the Word of God in order to teach, preach and live by His Truth.
Invite
What does it look like to lead like Jesus? What does it mean to be a ministry leader? How can you gain the skills necessary to serve people with excellence in the Kingdom of God? Our goal is to prepare you to lead like Jesus and to invite you into a lifetime of following His example.
Invest
We are the sum total of our relationships. We believe that our relationships with God, family, friends, co-workers, and finances can be healthy. Our goal is to help you invest in and maintain these relationships in a God-honoring and life-giving way.

Orientation is on September 8th, 2024 at 2:00pm. Classes run from September 9th, 2024 - June 2nd, 2025 from 5:30-8:15. Graduation is June 12th, 2025.

Rock School of Ministry is a one to two-year Ministry Training Program. Discipleship Year will set a firm foundation that we believe will prepare you to use your God-given gifts in day-to-day ministry. Ministry Leadership Year is for those who feel called to the pastoral or ministry leadership fields.

Rock School of Ministry is designed for any Christian who wants to invest in the gifts God has given them to further His Kingdom in this current generation.

Each night will begin with devotions and prayer. Each lesson is designed to be a capstone lesson giving you the best biblical response to the night’s topic. Come prepared to listen, take notes, interact with other students, and engage in practical applications.

A student may be eligible for a refund only if the student formally withdraws on or before the listed Drop/Add date. A student is formally withdrawn only after submitting a completed withdrawal form to the Director of Rock School of Ministry.
Drop/Add date will be Thursday, September 19th 2024.
